I really enjoyed Pretty Dead Things. From the beginning, it kept me engaged, and I found myself wanting to see how everything would unfold. While the premise of beauty queens, murder, and the darker side of friendships isn’t entirely new, Kelsey Cox still managed to make it an entertaining read.

The story felt familiar at times, but it was executed well enough that I stayed invested in the characters and the mystery. The biggest highlight for me was the plot twist.
